Expect turn around time to be approximately 3-5 days to create your product and then we use USPS ground shipping or the best available method to get your product to you. Due to current shipping times there may be a slight delays during the shipping process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As items are handmade each one is unique and may be slightly different from each other. We strive to make the best products possible and quality is key for us. Due to each product being made to order we do not offer refunds if you are to change your mind. Please measure your pet's neck so that you get the correct size for your pet. We do want every customer to be 100% satisfied, so please let us know if our products did not meet your expectations and we will work with you to find a solution!
